It’s hard to believe, but my little Livi is already 18 months old today! I just am shocked at how fast it has gone and how much she has grown up in just 18 months. I do have to say this this past month may be my favorite so far because of how fun it is to see her vocabulary grow. She understands way more then I give her credit for and says so many things I can’t even keep track of. For example, tonight she said the word “bicycle” about fifty times perfectly clear. She also finally says, “mommy.” so I can do relax a bit knowing my name won’t always be “Babby” like she used to call me.
This past week was definetly busy, but filled with lots of fun activities. On Wednesday Olivia and I ventured out to Hood River with some of our friends from our play group. It was a bit of a trek out, but our first stop was an orchard farm with a great little garden area with picnic tables and an area for the kids to run around. They all managed to find apples to enjoy while they played.
We then went out to an alpaca farm and got to see a brand one that wasn’t even a full day old. The kids loved to watch and feed them. The other hit was this big white dog who let the kids climb all over him while they played on the grass.

John and I have worked hard this summer on starting up our garden. We didn’t really know what we were doing, but learned along the way. The best part was being able to feed it all to Olivia and know that she was getting food that we actually grew ourselves. Her favorites were the cucumbers and tomatoes.

We have now planted our fall crops of cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts and broccoli.
And to finish off, I thought I would put up a couple pictures of Miss Livi being cute after a nap one afternoon.

Hi Britt, I love the pictures. It brightens my day to see these cute pictures. I missed this last post. I have Olivia’s pictures all over my wall and I dream about snuggling a neck kiss to start every day. Love you more than you know. We will see you soon. Lots of Love, Grandma Domingo
